My profile. Mr Olusegun Owoeye Emmanuel was born into the family of Mr and Mrs Jacob Owoeye on February 12, 1966. He had his primary School education at St Silas Ebenezer Ikere Ekiti, and his secondary school education at Eleyo High school also at Ikere Ekiti. Between 1988 and the time he served with the Nigeria Police , he had the opportunity to serve with the United Nations twice, once in Liberia and second in Darfur Sudan where he excelled working with different police officers and civilians from other parts of the world with different medals honours. Apart from the above, he has held different positions in the Police including but not limited to Dpo's (Divisional police officers) in about 13 Divisions in various States in Nigeria. He later proceeded to Olabisi Onabanjo University where he bagged a degree in Philosophy with a second class upper . Between 1988 and 2023, he was in the Nigeria Police for Nation duty. After retirement he joined University of Medical Sciences Ondo as the CSO where he has been working diligently. Presently, he is the Chief security officer of the highly revered institution.
